The Trustee of the Group Money Purchase Plan of H Burden Limited (the “Plan”) hereby give notice that the Plan is in the process of winding-up.
At the date the Plan is wound up, the Trustee hasarranged that polices will be assigned to individual members. Announcements regarding the winding-up process have been posted to all known Members of the Plan. The Trustee of the Plan urges that all persons having any claim or demands upon or against the assets of the Plan, or an entitlement to a pension or any benefit from, or interest in, the Plan, should write setting out details of their claim to:

If making a claim, you should include your full name, current address, date of birth, details of the period of employment to which your claim relates (if applicable) and details of any benefits that you think you are entitled to, and write no later than 31 October 2025.
The Trustee will continue the process of winding up the Plan, taking into account only those claims for which they receive written notice and the interests of those Members of the Plan known to it, and will not be liable to any other person. Any person who has been contacted by the Trustee at their current address or has already made a claim and received a response need not re-apply to the Trustee.
