PRE-APPLICATION PUBLIC EVENTS
Proposal of application notice for residential development, associated car parking, open space, landscaping and drainage Land at Burghlee Farm and Park Avenue, Loanhead, by Omnivale Ltd
Public events will take place on:
Wednesday 3rd September 2025 from 2.30 pm – 7.30 pm At Loanhead Leisure Centre, George Avenue, Loanhead, EH20 9LA
A second public event will take place on:
Wednesday 8th October 2025 from 2.30 pm – 7.30 pm
The public events will take the form of a display of plans and proposals for the above development. Any representations or suggestions for change to proposals shown at the public events will be included in a Pre-Application Consultation report to accompany any future planning applications at the site.

Please note that all written representations must be sent to the above address and NOT to Midlothian Council. An opportunity to make representations to the Council will exist when a formal planning application is submitted.
