What is planned?

The Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Scotland) Regulations 2013 (as amended) - Notice of Pre-Application Consultation Arrangements
Lochay Homes give notice of their intention to submit a planning application for a Major Development relating to:-


Residential development (circa 30 houses) with vehicular accesses, access roads, footpaths, open space/landscaping, green network enhancement, SUDs pond, associated infrastructure and related works at Gateside Farm, Falkirk Road, Bonnybridge
As part of the process of public consultation, Lochay Homes intend to hold 2 in-person public events in Bonnybridge. An Online Consultation will also be available during the consultation period, this can be accessed via the link -

Both consultation methods will allow information to be obtained related to the emerging proposals and for comments to be made.
The first in-person consultation event will be held on Friday 29th August, 2025 at Bonnybridge Community Education Centre, Bridge Street, Bonnybridge, FK4 1AA between the hours of 3PM and 7 PM. A second event is also planned at the same location on Friday 3rd October, 2025.
Comments on the first consultation stage are invited by completing an online Feedback Form, by completing a questionnaire at the in-person event, by sending an email to us

or by letter to the address below, no later than Friday 12th September, 2025. Contact details will also be provided on-line.

It should be noted that comments made at this stage are to Lochay Homes and are not representations to Falkirk Council, and that there will be an opportunity to make representations on any resultant application to Falkirk Council in due course.
