Notice Under Article 15 Application Number: NY/2025/0016/73 Proposed development at Allerton Park Landfill, Moor Lane (off A168), Knaresborough, HG5 0SD. I give notice that Waste Recycling Group (Yorkshire) Limited T/A FCC Environment is applying to North Yorkshire Council for planning permission for the Variation of condition No's 1, 2, 3, 20 & 21 of planning permission ref. C6/19/00988/CMA to allow for the continuation of importation & placement of non-hazardous soil, amend the approved landform & date for final restoration, & removal of condition No. 23. Members of the public may view the application, the plans, & other documents submitted with the application at North Yorkshire Council (Harrogate), Planning Department, Crescent Gardens, Harrogate, during all reasonable hours until 05/09/25. Please note that this may require a prior appointment. You are advised to check with the Council before making your visit. The application may also be viewed using the Online Planning Register on the Council’s web-site
