Borough of Telford & Wrekin

Telford & Wrekin Council has received the following planning applications which require publication.


TWC/2025/0550 & TWC/2025/0551 – The Brewery Inn, High Street, Coalport – Erection of a single storey side and rear extension, erection of a single storey rear extension, erection of a glazed screen to front passageway, replacement front door and internal layout changes including internal porch and flooring materials and first floor alterations to facilitate the creation of additional holiday accommodation (Full Planning Application & Listed Building Application)

TWC/2025/0554 & TWC/2025/0555– Admaston Farm, Bratton Road, Admaston – Erection of a single storey extension, replacement of existing conservatory, widening of existing access and driveway including part removal of existing wall and rebuilding, replacement of 4no. windows, repairs to timber frame members, installation of 4no. roll top clay chimney pots, installation of 1no. flue pipe, repainting of exterior of property and conversion of existing barn to an annexe (Full Planning Application and Listed Building Application)


TWC/2025/0556 – 6 Station Road, Newport – Replacement of all windows and doors

TWC/2025/0557 – 34 Belmont Road, Ironbridge – Replacement of 2no. windows

TWC/2025/0558 – Pear Tree Cottage, 4 Cherrington – Replacement of 28no. timber windows replacement of timber cladding to dormer

Written representations can be made on planning online or by email at

planning.control@telford.gov.uk

and need to be received by 11 September 2025 (14 days for public service infrastructure development or permission in principle applications), excluding public/bank holidays and 30 days for applications accompanied by an environmental statement from the date of this publication.
If a written representation appeal is made to the Secretary of State for a householder or minor commercial application no further representations can be made and existing representations will be forwarded to them.
