25/01450/FUL for dormer to side at 74A Clifton
25/01499/FUL for installation of heating system with vent holes to front and side elevations at Apartment F West Offs Fire Station Peckitt Street

25/01551/LBC for external works to include the display of 1no. fascia sign and 1no. hanging sign at Unit 4 66 Low Petergate
25/01479/LBC for repainting of existing windows to front, side and rear elevation re-painting of gutters, pipes, masonry to front elevation repointing to chimneys and ridge repair of slipped slates to the central lower roof to the rear repairs to gutters localised internal plaster repairs and decorations at 3 Nessgate
