What is planned?

Notice is hereby given that applications have been made to Derbyshire Dales District Council for planning permission/listed building consent in the weeks from 31 July 2025 as follows: 

25/00692/LBALT – Proposed removal and replacement of render and repointing of north and south exterior walls – 49 The Green Road, Ashbourne (L)(S) 

25/00735/FUL – Replace roof including installation of 3no. dormer windows – Bank Top View, Hillside Lane, Brassington (C) 25/00750/FUL – Construction of two storey rear extension – Garden Cottage, Rodsley Lane, Kirk Ireton (C)(F) 

25/00779/FUL – Erection of agricultural building – Four Oaks Farm, Shields Lane, Roston (F) 

25/00781/FUL – Double storey rear extension, single storey rear extension, rear dormer extension, garage extension with new connection to main dwelling, erection of porch and installation of julliet balcony – Hazeldene, Main Street, Longford (C) 

Applications with the suffix F may affect a Footpath 

Applications with the suffix C may affect a Conservation Area 

Applications with the suffix L may affect the character of a Listed Building 

Applications with the suffix S may affect the setting of a Listed Building 

The applications may be inspected online at www.derbyshiredales.gov.uk. 

Any person wishing to make representations about any of the applications should do so in writing within 21 days to the Regulatory Services Section, Town Hall, Matlock, DE4 3NN, quoting the relevant application number.
