Frankie And Benny’s, Queen’s Drive, Kilmarnock - 25/0387/PP - Proposed external alterations including new entrance doors, shopfront glazing and shopfront hatch, replacement of existing door with glazing, new timber metal framework with LED lighting, re-finishing of existing timber, and decoration of low-level render and existing shopfront columns. 

Whitelee Windfarm - 25/0334/PP - Planning Application for alterations to car park, including widening lanes, removal of vegetation and landscaping, installation of replacement fencing, formation of new parking spaces, addition of speed bumps, and painting to form pedestrian walkways, loading area, and road wayfinding signage 

Deadline: 06/09/2025 

For those applications which have been the subject of Pre-Application Consultation between the Applicant and the Community (and which are indicated as “PAC”), persons wishing to make representations in respect of the application should do so to the Planning Authority in the manner indicated.
