Proposal affects the character and appearance of a Conservation Area 

25/00698/FULL 4 LILAC AVENUE Installation of box dormer to front roof slope (1.9m width x 2.5m depth x 2m height). 

Listed Building Consent 

25/00695/LBC BURTONS, 34-35 WHITEFRIARGATE 

Listed Building Consent for: 

1. External alterations to rear, eastern, service yard elevation involving removal of two ground floor windows and intervening masonry and replacement with one larger window; 

2. Creation of new opening in internal floor construction to accommodate a dumb waiter; 

3. Installation of new drainage for customer toilets; and 

4. Installation of internal partition walls to ground floor and basement. 

Proposal does not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area 

25/00663/FULL 119-121 WINCOLMLEE AND 80 SCOTT STREET 

Change of use of buildings from offices (Use Class E) to independent specialist school (Use Class F1 Part A). 

Removal of section of boundary wall between 119/121 Wincolmlee and 80 Scott Street and installation of new door in south elevation of no. 80 Scott Street to provide link between the buildings
