24/38729/OUT - Land At Willow Farm Sandon Road Sharpley Heath - Outline application with all matters reserved for a proposed dwelling to replace an existing static caravan.
The proposed development(s) do not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the applications relate are situated

The proposed developments are classed as major developments and do not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the applications relate are situated.
Members of the public may view the application documents online or at Stafford Borough Council, Civic Centre, Stafford during office hours until 10 September 2025.
Anyone who wishes to make representations about these applications should write to the Development Department at Stafford Borough Council Civic Centre, Riverside, Stafford, ST16 3AQ by 10 September 2025. Please note that in accordance with the Access for Information Act 1985 any representations will be open for public inspection.
