NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT Essex County Council is seeking planning permission for: Proposed repair and replacement of external building fabric including windows, doors, brickwork, soffits, fascias and cladding together with the installation of a new access ramp at Great Bardfield Primary School, Braintree Road, Great Bardfield, Essex CM7 4RN — CC/BT/64/25

Great Bardfield Primary School is situated within Great Bardfield Conservation Area

The proposal may affect the setting of Vicarage Cottage which is a Grade II Listed Building, Drinking Fountain in front of Number 3 Fountain Terrace which is a Grade II Listed Building, King's House which is a Grade II Listed Building, Fountain Terrace which is a Grade II Listed Building, Lower Hall which is a Grade II Listed Building and Cottersbrooks which is a Grade II Listed Building.

The proposed development may not accord with the provisions of the Braintree District Local Plan 2013-2033 adopted July 2022 in force in the area within the land to which the application relates is situated.
