LAND AT PENNINGTON STREET AND PARK GROVE, LEVENSHULME, MANCHESTER
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Manchester City Council intends to dispose of land having an area of approximately 1 acre, located at Pennington Street and Park Grove, Levenshulme which forms part of open space to Onward Homes, a registered provider for affordable housing, in order to facilitate the delivery of affordable housing on the land.
The area of land described above is more particularly shown edged red on the deposited plan, which may be inspected at the Customer Service Centre, Ground Floor, Town Hall Extension, M60 2LA, between the hours of 9.30am and 4.30pm Monday to Friday.

Objections to the intended disposal must be made in writing and addressed to me via the above email address or, alternatively, the postal address below so as to be received no later than 18 September 2025. Please quote reference L/FYM/EST001/23067.
