WLDC has received the following applications for planning permission:
a) WL/2025/00822: Glentham: Mr M Merrigan: Land off Caenby Rd: remove condition 11 of planning 146628 – remove footway
b) WL/2025/00825: Market Rasen: Chestnut Homes ltd: Chantry Park phase 3, off Southwold Rd & Lucas Way: reserved matters for 51 dwellings, garages & infrastructure considering appearance, landscaping, layout & scale (major app)(affects right of way)
c) WL/2025/00831: Glentham: Mr A Rose: Manor Farm, Church Lane: installation of solar panels. (app WL/2025/00830 also rec’d)
