The following planning application has been received which is for Listed Building Consent
1. Demolition of outbuilding at White Cross Farm, Ash Lane, Emley, Huddersfield. Application No. 2025/91939.
The following planning applications have been received which are for Listed Building Consent, would affect the setting of a Listed Building and are either within a Conservation Area or affect its setting
2. Planning Permission and Listed Building Consent for change of use from dwellinghouse with barn to mixed- use Light Industrial for the production of wood fuel (biomass) and dwellinghouse; the construction of a detached workshop/storage building; extension and alterations to the existing building, formation of new access and other associated works at Bradley Hall, Lower Quarry Road, Bradley, Huddersfield. Application Nos. 2025/91225 & 2025/91226.
The following planning application has been received which affects the setting of a Listed Building and is either within a Conservation Area or affects its setting
3. Upgrading existing single glazing to the first and second floor of the property inclusive of the front and rear elevation and general repairs and redecoration to the front façade at 17, Market Place, Huddersfield. Application No. 2025/91783.

5. Erection of single storey rear extension and associated alterations at 14, Manor Road, Farnley Tyas, Huddersfield. Application No. 2025/91880.
6. Replacement of timber windows with UPVC windows at Langdale House, 56, Gledholt Road, Gledholt, Huddersfield. Application No. 2025/92093.
7. Erection of two storey extensions and front and rear dormers at 7, Edgerton Green, Edgerton, Huddersfield. Application No. 2025/91986.
