The following applications have been submitted for consideration by the council:

CA/25/01403: 1 Red Tile Cottages, Garlinge Green Road, Garlinge Green, Kent, CT4 5RT  Single-storey rear extension.  Applicant: Mr and Mrs Paul and Annelie Thompson  Reason: Conservation area.

CA/25/01412: 24 Lower Bridge Street, Canterbury, Kent, CT1 2LG  Application for Listed Building Consent for external alterations including signage.  Applicant: Ms S Huckstep-Fagg  Reason: Works to a listed building

CA/25/01408: 1 Butts Cottages, Hardres Court Road, Lower Hardres, Kent, CT4 5NZ  Single-storey rear and side extension.  Applicant: Mr Steve Gee  Reason: Conservation area.

CA/25/01415: 109 Chestfield Road, Chestfield, Kent, CT5 3LT  Single-storey side and rear extension following demolition of garage and conservatory.  Applicant: Mr Milan Patel  Reason: Conservation area.
