The following applications have been submitted to the Council:

2025/2409 THORPE ST ANDREW, 107 Yarmouth Road – Replacement and refurbishment door and window works.

2025/2172 & 2025/2173 AYLSHAM, 23 Oakfield Road – Demolition of existing workshop and erection of new studio building with corridor link

Reason(s): Affects a Conservation Area, Listed Building and/or curtilage,

2025/1880 HALVERGATE, Dawdys Farmhouse, The Street – Demolition of a small lean to/conservatory to the rear of the property (formerly known as Dawdy Cottage), and removal of adjoining dwarf wall situated to rear of Dawdys Farmhouse

Reason(s): Affects a Conservation Area, Listed Building and/or curtilage,

2025/2280 HELLESDON, Mawkins Manor, Riverside Close – Erection of single storey rear extension

Reason(s): Affects a Conservation Area,

2025/2069 THORPE ST ANDREW, Oasis Sport And Leisure Centre, 4 Pound Lane – Approval of reserved matters following outline permission 2021/0689 for layout, scale, appearance and landscaping of the site as described in conditions 2, 12 and 13. This submission also contains the information as described within condition 9 which states that concurrently with the first submission of reserved matters and in accordance with the submitted FRA details in relation to a surface water drainage strategy shall be submitted.

2025/2220 HEYDON, Land East Of, Heydon Road – Erection of a Solar Photovoltaic Installation of 30 MW output and all associated supporting infrastructure including, cable routing, inverters and transformers, fencing, CCTV, and landscaping for temporary period of 42 years

Reason(s): Listed Building and curtilage, Major development, Affects a public right of way

2025/2146 SPROWSTON, 2 Park Cottages, Wroxham Road –

Outline permission for one self-build dwelling with all matters reserved

Reason(s): Does not accord with development plan,

. All comments must be received within 21 days of this Notice (excluding Bank Holidays) and can be sent to planning@southnorfolkandbroadland.gov.uk
