PLANNING (LISTED BUILDING AND CONSERVATION AREAS) ACT 1990
I HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that North Norfolk District Council is dealing with the following applications:
RAYNHAM PF/25/1567 Conversion and extension of farm buildings to form: i) farm shop; ii) retail units and iii) café/restaurant and associated facilities (Use class E(a) and E(b)); Use of land for outdoor plant centre and associated facilities including children’s play area and erection of retail building (Use Class E(a) and E(b)), creation of new roundabout on Swaffham Road (A1065), internal access roads and alterations to existing accesses and footways; associated vehicular and cycle parking; soft and hard landscaping; biodiversity enhancement; and associated infrastructure; Lodge Farm, Swaffham Road, East Raynham, Fakenham for Lord Tom Raynham; Reasons: a) b) f
SCULTHORPE PF/25/1663 Installation of a tennis court with perimeter fencing; The Grange Farmhouse, Lynn Road, Sculthorpe, Fakenham, Norfolk, NR21 9QQ for Mr James Holler; Reasons: f
WELLS-NEXT-THE-SEA PF/25/1685 Installation of roof-mounted solar PV panels on south and east facing roof slopes; Croft House, Croft Yard, Wells-Next-The-Sea, Norfolk, NR23 1JS for Mr Bucke; Reasons: c)
WIGHTON LA/25/1689 Reinstatement of collapsed/missing section of Threshing Barn roof. Re-roof of Threshing Barn and attached Annexe, attached East Barn and the main Farmhouse roofs; incorporating gable parapet. New/Replacement Conservation rooflights on Annexe, East Barn and Farmhouse and new wedge dormers to the farmhouse; Grove Farm, Warham Road, Wighton, Wells-Next-The-Sea, Norfolk, NR23 1NZ for Boyd & Pass; Reasons: e)
The reasons for the advertisement are:
(a) is a major development
(b) is contrary to the provisions of the Development Plan
(c) affects the character and appearance of a Conservation Area
(d) affects the setting of a Conservation Area
(e) affects a Listed Building
(f) affects the setting of a Listed Building
(g) affects a Right of Way
(h) accompanied by an Environmental Statement
(i) affects a public right of way
(j) affect setting of Ancient Monument
(k) In the Public Interest.
The applications and plans may be inspected during normal office hours at the offices of the Council, Holt Road, Cromer, NR27 9EN.
Any representations should be submitted in writing to the Council within 21 days of the date of this Notice. If the application is for householder development and permission is refused, there will be no further opportunity to comment at the appeal stage if it is dealt with on the basis of representations in writing.
