PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT

a) Variation of Condition 6 (materials) and Condition 12 (approved plans) of planning permission 23/00985/PLF (Erection of two dwellings, one detached double garage and associated works and infrastructure) to allow amendments to facing and roof materials, removal of rear fake pelmet, amendments to first floor windows, addition of a rooflight to ground floor en-site and roof increase to single storey element (Plot 01 only) at Land North of The Arches East Lambwath Road Withernwick HU11 4TL (Ref: 25/02204/VAR)

b) Installation of wall mounted EV charger to outbuilding with associated cabling to main dwelling at 54A Keldgate Beverley HU17 8HY (Ref: 25/02196/PLB)

c) Erection of single storey extensions to rear following demolition of existing extension at Greenways 7 Seven Corners Lane Beverley HU17 7AJ (Ref: 25/02148/PLF)

d) Variation of Condition 2 (materials) and Condition 3 (approved plans) of planning permission 20/02316/PLF dated 16.10.2020 (as altered by non-material amendment application ref: 22/40102/NONMAT) to substitute amended plans to allow for the addition of cedar cladding to the rear at 7 Grosvenor Place Beverley HU17 8LY (Ref: 25/02237/VAR)

e) Erection of a first floor extension to side at 8 Parklands Crescent North Ferriby HU14 3EZ (Ref: 25/02133/PLF)

f) Erection of five dwellings and creation of new vehicular access at site of Village Nurseries Ottringham Road Keyingham HU12 9RX (Ref: 25/02227/PLF)

g) Listed Building Consent to replace 6 no. existing uPVC windows with traditional double glazed sliding sash bay windows to North elevation at White Hall Shepherd Lane Woodmansey HU17 0RN (Ref: 25/02018/PLB)

h) Installation of GRP raised platform with associated ACO drain, 3no. lighting columns and 2no. CCTV columns above disused platform section and installation of timber fence with access gates and ramp, following removal of existing fence at Beverley Railway Station Railway Square Beverley HU17 0AS (Ref: 25/01526/PLB)

Proposals (b,c,d,h) are each within a Conservation Area designated under Section 69 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

Proposals (b,g,h) are Listed Buildings scheduled under Section 1 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

Proposals (a,e) affect the setting of a Conservation Area designated under Section 69 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

Proposals (b,f) affect the setting of a Listed Building under Section 1 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

Proposal (c) affects a public right of way.

Proposal (h) is an Ancient Monument scheduled under Section 2 of the Ancient Monuments and Archaeological Areas Act 1979.
