Halesowen - Stopping up of Highway

TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990
The Secretary of State gives notice of an Order made under Section 247 of the above Act entitled “The Stopping up of Highway (West Midlands) (No.15) Order 2025” authorising the stopping up of a part width at the junction of Colley Gate and Colley Lane at Halesowen, in the Metropolitan Borough of Dudley. This is to enable development as permitted by Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council, under reference P22/0220.
Copies of the Order may be obtained, free of charge, from the Secretary of State, National Transport Casework Team, Tyneside House, Skinnerburn Road, Newcastle Business Park, Newcastle upon Tyne NE4 7AR or nationalcasework@dft.gov.uk (quoting NATTRAN/WM/S247/5974). They may also be inspected during normal opening hours at Halesowen Library, Cornbow Shopping Centre, Queensway, Halesowen, B63 4AZ.
Any person who wishes to challenge the validity of the decision to make the Order may apply to the High Court within 6 weeks from 14 August 2025.
