Planning Authority for: Installation of internal and external CCTV cameras.
This relates to a Grade II Listed Building included in the Statutory List of
Buildings of Special Architectural or Historic Interest.
25/01772/LBC - 4 Albion Place Sunderland. MSH DEVELOPMENTS LTD
is applying to the Local Planning Authority for: Removal of kitchen flue
system and metal walk way. Alteration to rear door and new yard wall. This
relates to a Grade II Listed Building included in the Statutory List of
Buildings of Special Architectural or Historic Interest.

LTDis applying to the Local Planning Authority for: Change of use to

walk way. Alteration to rear door and new yard wall. This relates to a
proposal which affects the setting of 5 Albion Place Sunderland which is
included in the Statutory List of Buildings of Architectural or Historic
Interest.

Washington NE38 8PP. Police And Crime Commissioner For Northumbria
is applying to the Local Planning Authority for: Change of use of the
existing warehouse (Use Class B2) to a training facility with ancillary office
space (Use Class F1 and Use Class E(g)(i)). The proposed development
does not accord with the provisions of the Development Plan.

I give notice that Nissan Motor Manufacturing (UK) Ltd
is applying to the Local Planning Authority for planning permission for
Change of use from Class B2/B8 to an education and training facility
(Class F1) and external alterations including the installation of plant, new
security fencing and gate and removal of one car parking space.and that
the application is accompanied by an Environmental Compliance
Statement.
The proposed development to which the application relates is situated
within 10 metres of relevant railway land.
The above application relates to development on land or buildings owned
by the Sunderland City Council.
