PRE-APPLICATION PUBLIC EVENT
Proposal: Residential Development Including Roads, Infrastructure & Drainage (LDP Site Reference H13) Site Location: Land off St Martins Road, Balbeggie
A Public Consultation Event will take place at: St Martins Hall, A94, Balbeggie, Perth, PH2 6EZ on Thursday 28th August 2025 With a Second Event taking place at the same location on Thursday 25 th September 2025
Both Events will run from 3:00pm to 7:00pm

Those wishing to make comment on the Proposals may do so at the event and/or in writing to Ogilvie Homes Ltd at the above address within 14 days of the Public Event.
Please note that all representations must be sent to Ogilvie Homes Ltd and not to Perth & Kinross Council.
An opportunity to make representation to Perth & Kinross Council will present itself when a formal Planning Application is submitted.
