The following applications have been submitted to the Council and are being advertised for the reason(s) given in each case.
25/00852/PA - Ken Francis Butchers, School Lane Plaxtol TN15 0QD - Jo Mitchell is applying for proposed change of use and amalgamation from a shop (Class E) to form part of an existing residential dwelling (Class C3). Reason: CA LB
25/01319/PA – Cobdown Sports Ground Station Road Ditton - LCL Sports Group Limited is applying for full planning permission for development at Cobdown Park to provide a football training centre (sui generis), comprising of the demolition and redevelopment of existing Clubhouse building, refurbishment of existing Academy building; demolition of ancillary buildings
and structures across the Site; provision of new grounds maintenance building and service area; refurbishment of existing pavilion building to provide upgraded changing and kitchen facilities; provision of new upgraded grass football pitches and upgrade of existing synthetic surface; new
areas for car and cycle parking; upgrade to existing sports lighting; boundary treatment and hard and soft landscaping and associated site infrastructure and site plant. Reason: CA LB MD HA PROW
25/01325/PA – Land part of Paris Farm between Four Acres and 193 The Rocks Road East Malling ME19 6AX - Esquire Developments Ltd is applying for full planning application for 35 No. residential dwellings (including affordable housing) with landscape, parking, open space, and associated works. Reason: MD HA
25/01330/PA – Conifer House School Lane Trottiscliffe ME19 5EH - Mr Bowman is applying for demolition of existing single storey side extension and replacement with two storey side extension. Reason: CA HH

HH Householder application - As this is a householder application, in the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
