What is planned?
Notice under Article 13 of the Town & Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) Order 2015, Section 67 & 73 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990, and Regulation 5 & 5A of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Regulations 1990.

North Yorkshire Council (Craven) has received the following applications that are required to be advertised under the above legislation for the reasons stated.
Application No: ZA25/27024/HH.
Proposal: Householder permission for the installation of air source heat pump (Nibe F2040 16kW) for Dr Peter Wynn.
Location: 11 High Street Burton in Lonsdale LA6 3JU
Reasons: Affects the setting of a Listed Building. Affects the character and appearance of a Conservation Area.
Application No: ZA25/27025/LBC.
Proposal: Listed building consent for air source heat pump (Nibe F2040 16kW), Dr Peter Wynn.

Reason: Proposes works to a Listed Building.
Application No: ZA25/27211/VAR.
Proposal: Section 73 application to vary condition no 2 (Approved Plans) of planning permission referenced ZA24/26192/FUL for Mr Douglass Price.
Location: Land West of Green Syke Barn Moss End Lane Cowling BD22 0NA
Reason: Would affect the route of a public right of way.
Application No: ZA25/27204/LBC.
Proposal: Listed building consent for replacement of the existing front door, with a new lighter Accoya wood front door for FLMC.
Location: Farrer Lodge Clapham LA2 8ES
Reason: Proposes works to a Listed Building.
Application No: ZA25/27194/LBC.
Proposal: Listed building consent for replacement of UPVC window with a handmade wooden window for Mrs Hannah Whitlock.
Location: Devonshire House 27 Duke Street Settle BD24 9DJ
Reason: Proposes works to a Listed Building.
