PRE-APPLICATION PUBLIC EVENTS MIXED-USE DEVELOPMENT COMPRISING OF PETROL FILLING STATION WITH ANCILLARY SHOP, AND ELECTRIC VEHICLE (EV) CHARGING FACILITIES, FORMATION OF HEAVY GOODS VEHICLE OVERNIGHT PARK WITH WELFARE BUILDING, 3 NO. RESTAURANTS (ALL CLASS 3 - INCLUDING NEW HORN CAFÉ REPLACEMENT, TWO DRIVETHROUGH RESTAURANTS), HOTEL (CLASS 7) AND LOW CARBON ENERGY INFRASTRUCTURE (UP TO 2.0MW SOLAR FARM WITH BATTERY ENERGY STORAGE AND CHP), LANDSCAPING, NEW ACCESS SPINE ROAD AND CAR PARKING LAND 200 METRES WEST OF HORN FARM COTTAGE, ERROL
The first of two Public Events will take place in person on: Thursday 28th August between 3.30pm and 7.30pm,
At Errol Village Hall, North Bank Dykes, Errol PH2 7QH.
The Public Events will take the form of a display of plans and proposals for the above development. This will enable visitors to communicate directly with the design and advisory team and for them to answer any questions. The Second event is provisionally due late September. More information about the public events and the information relating to the development can be found online at https:// www.horndevelopment.co.uk.
Any representations or suggestions for change to proposals shared with the public events will be included in a PreApplication Consultation report to accompany any future planning application.
