NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 13 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION
Proposed development at: Land at Barnhill Street/ Raby Street, Moss Side, Manchester, M14 4SY.
Take notice that application is being made by: Mosscare St Vincent’s Housing Group Limited.
For planning permission to: Erection of six residential blocks, following demolition of existing buildings and structures, to provide a total of 212 dwellings (Use Class C3) comprising: one 10-storey building accommodating 86 apartments; four buildings of 5 to 6 storeys (including attic storeys) accommodating a total of 119 apartments; and 7 three-storey townhouses; together with ancillary communal facilities, associated access, car and cycle parking, refuse storage, landscaping, amenity space, signage, and other associated works.
Local Planning Authority to whom the application is being submitted: Manchester City Council, Planning Growth and Development PO Box 532, Town Hall, Manchester, M60 2LA.
Any owner of the land or tenant who wishes to make representations about this application, should write to the council within 21 days of the date of this notice.
