What is planned?

Notice under Article 15 of the Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015 and Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

Proposal: Part retrospective works including the removal of the parapet wall to the east gable, installation of doors and windows along with ancillary ground and first floor offices.

Applicant: Mr Babak Alflan

Location: Former John K Philips Group Ltd Peasley Cross Lane

The application is for a Major Development.

Application Number: P/2025/0441/S73

Proposal: Variation of conditions 1 (Approved Plans) and 6 (EV charging points) on approval P/2024/0597/S73 to amend cycle storage, demolition of rear extension, and EV charging points.

Applicant: Huy Nguyen

Location: The Vulcan Inn Manchester Row Newton Le Willows St Helens WA12 8SD

The site lies within a Conservation Area.
