What is planned?

NEATH PORT TALBOT COUNTY BOROUGH COUNCIL 

TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE) (WALES) ORDER 2012 

Notice is hereby given that applications have been received by Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council for planning permission for the following developments: 

APPLICATIONS FOR LISTED BUILDING CONSENT 

P2025/0577 Listed Building Consent for various internal and external works in association with decommissioning of the bank. Internally, all internal furniture, counters and required stud partitions which formed banking counters / houses equipment to be removed from all floors. Externally, existing ATM, 2 no. night safes, fascia signage, projecting signage, plaque entrance signage and window manifestations to be removed, and exterior or building made good with apertures infilled with stonework to match existing.
