Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015 - NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 10. Section 96A(4) of the 1990 Act (power to make nonmaterial changes to planning permission) 

Proposed development at: Land to the north of Frederick Road, bound by Lissadel Street and Broughton Road East, and land to the south of Frederick Road bound by Wallness Lane, University Road and the ENWL depot (known as "Crescent Innovation North"). Take notice that a Section 96A Non-Material Amendment application is being made by: ECF (General Partner) Limited. 

For planning permission to: Section 96A Non-Material Amendment to outline planning permission 23/81238/OUTEIA (as amended) to amend the wording of Conditions 4, 5, 12, 20, 21, 22, 23 and 46. 

Local Planning Authority to whom the application is being submitted: Salford City Council, Development Management, Planning and Building Control, Place Directorate, Civic Centre, Chorley Road, Swinton, Salford, M27 5AW. 

Any owner of the land or tenant who wishes to make representations about this application, should write to the council within 14 days of the date of this notice.
