The following applications have been received by the Council and are required to be advertised under the above Acts:

A/25/099025/HH 7 Hall Barns Light Oaks Hall Old Moss Lane Glazebury.

Single storey extension to rear. Notice is hereby given that an application has been made to Wigan Council for the above works which the Council considers would affect the setting of a listed building.

The Council has received the following planning application which is located within a Conservation Area: Leigh Town Centre.

A/25/099346/FULL 117 Bradshawgate Leigh WN7 4ND. New shop front and awning together with external refurbishment. A planning application has been made to Wigan Council for the above proposal, which the Council considers would affect the character or appearance of the Conservation Area.
