What is planned?

NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 15 (2) OF THE DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE ORDER 2015 (AS AMENDED) OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION ACCOMPANIED BY AN ENVIRONMENTAL STATEMENT UTT/25/2027/OP

Proposed development at: Water Circle Green Street Elsenham

I give notice that is applying to Uttlesford District Council for planning permission for Outline planning application (all matters reserved for subsequent approval) for the development of land within Use Classes B2 (general industrial), B8 (storage and distribution/data centre), E(g)(i) (offices), E(g)(ii) (research and development), E(g)(iii) (industrial processes), demolition and removal of existing structures and hardstanding and replacement of existing Wastewater Treatment Works and new electricity substation and associated works. That application is accompanied by an Environmental Statement.

Members of the public may view the Environmental Statement (ES) at www.uttlesford.gov.uk, obtain copies, at a reasonable fee, by contacting Quod on 020 3597 1000 quoting reference no. Q240441 or emailing reception@quod.com alternatively a memory stick of the ES is available for a fee of £15 and the Non-Technical Summary free of charge by contacting Quod.

Anyone who wishes to make representations about this application should send them to Uttlesford District Council Council Offices London Road Saffron Walden CB11 4ER or make them online at www.uttlesford.gov.uk by 15 September 2025 Quoting reference.
