PROPOSALS AFFECTING FOOTPATHS
(KELSHALL 7) PUBLIC PATH DIVERSION ORDER 2025
The above proposed Order is to be published on-site from Thursday 14th August 2025.
The general effect of this proposal is to divert the existing footpath route under Town and Country Planning Act 1990 Section 257 as it is deemed necessary to do so to enable development to continue. Planning Permission 24/01962/FP, Erection of custom/self-build detached 5-bed dwelling with shared vehicular access.
Copies of the Order proposals, Order Plans and Statement of Reasons can be viewed, by appointment, at North Herts District Council Offices, Gernon Road, Letchworth Garden City. SG6 3JF or can be viewed online at:

The consultation period runs from 14th August 2025 to 5pm on 5th September 2025.
