APPLICATIONS FOR LISTED BUILDING CONSENT
2025/1409/LBC- 2 Mitchelgate, Kirkby Lonsdale, CARNFORTH, LA6 2BE - Listed Building Consent for removal and replacement of the UPVC veranda with garden room. The removal of the single storey kitchen/dining roof to facilitate first floor extension above to create additional living space. Upgrade and repair of existing single glazed timber sliding sash windows to incorporate slimline glazed units. Internal remodelling and renovation works throughout.
2025/1444/LBC - 11 Market Street, Kirkby Lonsdale, LA6 2AU - Listed Building Consent for the reinstatement of 11 Market Street including partial re-erection of building, internal refurbishment and installation of solar panels and air source heat pump.
2025/1469/LBC - Turners Farm, Hutton Roof, CARNFORTH, LA6 2PG - Listed building consent
for a full "like for like" replacement of the roof with concrete gauge plain tiles. Remediation to the single chimney stack as necessary.
