DISPOSAL OF OPEN SPACE LAND AT EDGERTON CEMETERY, HUDDERSFIELD HD1 5NF

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Kirklees Council intend to dispose of, by the granting of an easement, land at Edgerton Cemetery, Huddersfield and the council has identified that some part or parts of the site as are not occupied by buildings may fall within the definition of Open Space as defined in s336 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

Any person having any objection to the disposal should make such objection in writing to Kate O’Malley (quoting reference: H25- 04), Kirklees Council, PO Box 1720, HD1 9EL no later than 29th August 2025, giving full reasons for such objection.

A copy of the plan showing the area of the proposed easement coloured yellow, may be inspected free of charge online at https:// www.kirklees.gov.uk/beta/premises-and-land/council-land-andproperty. aspx.
