Notification of an Application for Planning Permission within The Foots Cray Conservation Area
Proposed development at: Nexus House, 2 Cray Road, Sidcup
I give notice that application is being made by C Rice to the London Borough of Bexley Council for planning permission for:–
Display of 2 internally illuminated and 2 non-illuminated fascia signs.

Proposed development at: Benedict House Preparatory School, 1 – 5 Victoria Road, Sidcup
I give notice that application is being made by Benedict House Preparatory School to the London Borough of Bexley Council for planning permission for:–
Application under Section 73 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 to remove Condition 14 (Facilities) of planning permission reference 24/02669/FUL (which itself varied 22/01790/FUL) for the erection of a detached sports hall building and provision of multi-use games area (MUGA), two storey infill extension between Nos. 1 and 3 Victoria Road, parking reconfiguration and landscaping works) and replacement with Conditions 14 (Hours of Operation), 15 (Maximum Hours of Use) and 16 (Capacity Limits).
