I give notice that Quod acting on behalf of c/o Agent is applying to the London Borough of Newham for planning permission for the proposal below:

Outline planning permission, with all matters reserved for 2 separate freestanding sites:

Site A - Non-Safeguarded Land

a) A mixed-use development (to be delivered in separate severable phases) to provide new buildings to accommodate new homes (Use Class C3), flexible non-residential uses (Use Classes E, F2 and sui generis (drinking establishments, drinking establishments with expanded food provision, cinema and entertainment venues)), energy centre, public open space and public realm, associated car and cycle parking, formation of new pedestrian and vehicular accesses and means of access within the site.

Site B - Safeguarded Land

b) A single phase mixed-use development to provide new buildings to accommodate new homes (Use Class C3), flexible non-residential uses (Use Classes E, F2 and sui generis (drinking establishments, drinking establishments with expanded food provision, cinema and entertainment venues)), energy centre, public open space and public realm, associated car and cycle parking, formation of new pedestrian and vehicular accesses and means of access within the site.
