Proposed Development at: Land South of Gallions Reach, Armada Way, Beckton, London

I give notice that Quod acting on behalf of c/o Agent is applying to the London Borough of Newham for planning permission for the proposal below:

Comprehensive remediation and site preparation works (including raising the flood defence level and creation of a flood defence bund and repair works to the existing River Wall) to enable the future mixed-use development of Beckton Gasworks.
