FOR INFORMATION ONLY: For the purposes of public consultation, the following additional information describing the proposal is provided (this does not form part of the formal description of development set out above): Amendments to and reconfiguration of building massing, increase unit numbers (+29 units), increase affordable housing provision, amend unit mix, remove podium level, increase blue badge car parking (+2 spaces), reconfigure ground floor arrangement, increase communal amenity space, provision of additional commercial units, a nursery and a community space, amended materiality, amendments to meet latest building and fire regulations, amendments to implementation timeframes.
