NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 15 OF APPLICATION FOR

PLANNING PERMISSION

Application Number: SCC/25/0090/VOC-ES

Veolia ES Staffordshire Ltd – application to not comply with (to vary) Condition 1 (permitted throughput) of planning permission SS.14/20/636 W, as amended by non-material amendment SCC/25/0070/NMA to increase the permitted throughput at Staffordshire Energy Recovery Facility (ERF), Enterprise Drive, Staffordshire, WV10 7DF The application is accompanied by an Environmental Statement (ES).

Members of the public may view the submitted application, ES, plans and other documents via the Staffordshire Planning web page www.staffordshire.gov.uk/planning (‘Find a current application’). Members of the public may obtain copies of the ES from Axis, Well House Barns, Chester Road, Chester, CH4 0DH (enquiries@axisped.co.uk), so long as stocks last, at a charge of £200 (hard copy) or £10 (CD).
