TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE) (ENGLAND) ORDER 2015

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of receipt of the following applications

1) Application for Listed Building Consent to alter the use of the unused cellar space in the property (former coal cellar) in order
to create a useable space for storage at 66 Main Road Sutton At Hone Kent

which will, in the opinion of the Local Planning Authority, will affect a Grade II Listed Building. (Application Ref. DA/25/00675/LBC)

2) Temporary use of the West Car Park for seasonal events and leisure activities, including amusement rides, attractions, food and drink stalls and associated facilities at West Car Park At Bluewater Shopping Centre  Dartford DA9 9ST (Application Ref. No. DA/25/00838/FUL)

which falls within the category of a Major Development under the provisions of the General Development Order.

3) Erection of a building for general industrial purposes (Class B2) and creation of associated yard with associated land lowering, hardstanding and fence (Retrospective) at Malt House Farm Green Street Green Road Darenth (Application Reference: DA/25/00880/FUL)

which could be a departure from the Adopted Development Plan.

Any person who wishes to make representations concerning the applications should do so in writing within 25 days of the publication of this to the Development Manager at the above address.

Any representations you make must be made available to the applicant or any interested party.  Representations will be available in hard copy at The Civic Centre and will be placed on the Council’s Website.  Therefore, any comments you make will be widely accessible.
