CA/25/01373: Little Cooting Farm, Cooting Lane, Adisham, CT3 3JQ  Application for prior notification of demolition of Agricultural building.  Applicant: Mr N Coleman  Reason: Demolition.

CA/25/01362: 47 Nelson Road, Whitstable, Kent, CT5 1EA Single-storey side extension and single-storey detached outbuilding.  Applicant: Kornstein  Reason: Conservation area.

CA/25/01376: 55 Old Dover Road, Canterbury, Kent, CT1 3DE  Single-storey detached outbuilding.   Applicant: Mr and Mrs S Breakey  Reason: Conservation area.

CA/25/00910: St Nicholas Hospital, Church Hill, Harbledown, Kent, CT2 9AD  Application for Listed Building Consent for external and internal alterations including the installation of gas boiler and radiators together with external flue to side elevation.  Applicant: Miss Robyn Dye  Reason: Work to a listed building.

CA/25/01126: St Nicholas Hospital, Church Hill, Harbledown, Kent, CT2 9AD  Installation of flue to side elevation.  Applicant: Miss Robyn Dye  Applicant: Setting of a listed building in conservation area.

CA/25/01389: The Two Sawyers, Westcourt Lane, Woolage Green, Kent, CT4 6SE  Retrospective application for Listed Building Consent for internal alterations including closing up and installation of doorways in the kitchen partition.  Applicant: Mr Duncan Field  Reason: Work to a listed building.

CA/25/01400: 8-10 Whitefriars Street, Canterbury, Kent, CT1 2TD  Erection and display of one internally illuminated aluminium fascia sign and one non illuminated aluminium hanging sign.  Applicant: Mr David Wright   Reason: Conservation area.

CA/25/01377: Ground Floor, 44 St Peters Street, Canterbury, Kent, CT1 2BG  Application for listed building consent for internal and external alterations to include, removal of stud wall, re wiring, re plastering, installation of air conditioning and ventilation system and the blocking up of existing roof light.  Applicant: Ms Jasmine Boyd  Reason: Work to a listed building.

CA/25/01381: 14 Parade, Canterbury, Kent, CT1 2SG  Erection and display of internally illuminated acrylic and aluminium fascia sign, one internally illuminated metal and acrylic projecting sign.  Applicant: Mr Geraint Thomas   Reason: Conservation area.

CA/25/01379: Cherry Tree Cottage, Bramling Road, Bramling, Kent, CT3 1NA  Front/side canopy together with timber cladding to first floor level.  Applicant: Mr and Mrs Hey  Reason: Conservation area.
