Proposed development at: Saxon Court, High Street, Buxted, East Sussex, Uckfield, TN22 4DT
Take notice that application is being made by: Kitewood Estate Limited, Mr William De Cani
For planning permission to: Full planning application for the Demolition of the vacant building and ancillary outbuildings/structures and the construction of 30 residential dwellings with associated landscaping, on-site car parking, associated infrastructure and access to/from the A272."
Local Planning Authority to whom the application is being submitted: Wealden District Council, Vicarage Lane, Hailsham BN27 2AX.
Any owner of the land or tenant who wishes to make representations about this application, should write to the council within 21 days of the date of this notice.
