Comments should be made within 24 days of this notice.

Town & Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015 - notice under article 15, & planning (listed building & buildings in conservation area) regulations 1990, & town & country planning (environmental impact assessment) regulations 2017 - notice under article 25
2025/658 - Pagefield Cottage, Scotts Hill, Outwood, Redhill. Replace two garden sheds with one workshop of slightly enlarged size.
2025/860 - Chaldon Court, Church Lane, Chaldon. Extension of garage and replacement roof (Listed Building Consent).
2025/710 - Squash Courts at RCA Kenley Aerodrome, Whyteleafe Hill, Whyteleafe. Refurbishment and repair of existing Squash Court building, including reinstation of slate roof and rooflights.
