I give notice that AEUK Battery Project VII Ltd Is applying to North Yorkshire Council for planning permission for The installation of a battery energy storage system (BESS) comprising BESS and transformer units situated on an impermeable base, acoustic fencing, switching station, metering station, emergency fire water tanks, site accesses, security measures (fences, CCTV cameras), other ancillary infrastructure, landscaping and biodiversity enhancement measures. (Temporary Planning Permission for 40 years).

and that the application is accompanied by an environmental statement.
