2025/0956/FUL: Design change to roof shape/ appearance for a new garage approved through appeal relating to planning application 2024/1441/FUL - Proposed new garage in front of house, partial removal of wall to widen access to accommodate new pillars and gates. This application is for the garage to match the appearance and shape of the main house changing it from a hipped roof to gable end roof.
