The following planning application has been received which affects the setting of a Listed Building

1.    Demolition of existing semi-detached houses and associated buildings, and construction of 51 dwellings, including associated access and other associated works at land off, Leeds Road, Heckmondwike.  Application No. 2025/91531.

The following planning applications have been received which are either within a Conservation Area or affect its setting

2.     Demolition of existing porch and erection of two storey side and rear extensions with dormers, single storey outbuilding and associated alterations at 68, Lower Lane, Gomersal, Cleckheaton.  Application No. 2025/92080.

3.     Outline application for demolition of existing dwelling and erection of residential development (one dwelling) with access and layout for consideration at 9, Park Road, Westborough, Dewsbury.  Application No. 2025/91511.
