What is planned?
THE TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE) (ENGLAND) ORDER 2015
The following applications have been submitted for consideration by the Council:
25/1298/FH - LYMPNE CASTLE, THE STREET, LYMPNE, HYTHE, CT21 4LQ - Change of use of garden store to cafe. Erection of shop to the east of the proposed cafe. Installation of a sewage tank and drain to the north of the site.
25/1406/FH - FLAT 2, 19 GRIMSTON GARDENS, FOLKESTONE, CT20 2PU - Single storey rear extension.
25/1442/FH - MARTELLO TOWER NUMBER 25, DYMCHURCH ROAD, DYMCHURCH - Variation of condition 11 (scheme to dispose of foul and surface water and roof drainage) of planning permission Y18/1256/FH to allow the condition to be a pre-occupation condition rather than pre-commencement.
25/1446/FH - FLAT 27, ST ANDREWS, THE DURLOCKS, FOLKESTONE, CT19 6AW - Temporary removal of a window and reinstatement with a new sill. As well as replacement lanterns to the roof.
25/1452/FH - THE DUKES HEAD, 9 DYMCHURCH ROAD, HYTHE, CT21 6JB - Listed Building Consent for changes to the internal fabric of the building (retrospective).
25/1461/FH - FLAT 27, ST ANDREWS, THE DURLOCKS, FOLKESTONE, CT19 6AW - Listed Building Consent for the temporary removal of a
window and reinstatement with a new sill. As well as replacement lanterns to the roof.
25/1488/FH - 21A, B & C THE CRESCENT, SANDGATE, FOLKESTONE, CT20 3EE - Variation of condition 2 (approved plans) & 3 (materials) of planning permission 23/0646/FH to allow for alterations to cladding

Please always quote the application reference number. Comments should be made in writing within 21 days from the date of publication. Please note that any representations received will be publically viewable on the Council’s website.
The applications marked (*) do not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.
