NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 13 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION 

Proposed development at: 60 Vauxhall Road, Liverpool City Centre, L3 6DL 

Take notice that application is being made by: Jarron Developments 

For planning permission to: To demolish existing building and erect two interconnected 16 storey buildings comprising of 401 residential units (177 x 1 bed; 218 x 2 bed; 6 x 3 bed) (Use Class C3) with associated resident's gym, cinema room, workspace and lounge; ground floor commercial unit (Use Class E and F2); together with associated car parking, access, servicing and landscaping. 

Local Planning Authority to whom the application is being submitted: Liverpool City Council, Planning Department, Municipal Building, Dale Street, Liverpool, L2 2DH. 

Any owner of the land or tenant who wishes to make representations about this application, should write to the council within 21 days of the date of this notice.
