Notice is hereby given that the following applications have been received by Somerset Council & any person who wishes to make representations should do so in writing within 21 days of the date of this notice quoting the application number. 

Representations should be made online or posted to Planning - East Team, Somerset Council Cannards Grave Rd, Shepton Mallet, BA4 5BT. 

Responses received will be made available for public inspection. Applications can be viewed on https://publicaccess.mendip.gov.uk/online-applications/. 

App No:2025/1377/LBC Address: The Manor House Church St Stoke St Michael Shepton Mallet by: Miss A Clarke for: Replace existing tiles to ground floor extension. Raise existing parapet by 250mm. Remove section of stonework & install a cavity tray with weep holes & rebuild cavity wall with removed stone. Remove 2 existing windows to the kitchen & replace with double glazed timber units. 

App No:2025/1401/LBC Address: Springmead School 13 Castle Cnr Beckington Frome by: Mr Brown, Taypenny Schools Ltd for: Replace 3 sliding sash windows on front elevation & 5 casement windows on left elevation with timber framed windows. Replace render with lime render on front/left elevations. 

App No:2025/1373/LBC Address: Fairfield Cottage Bell Hill Norton St Philip Frome by: A & J Carter for: Installation of replacement boiler flue (Retrospective).
