PL/24/3806/DE Reserved matters application (details relating to access, appearance, landscaping, layout and scale) pursuant to conditions 1 and 15 (Walking/Cycling), 25 (Lewis Railway Bridge), 26 (Sustainable Drainage), 31 (EMP), 33 (BNG), 34 (BNG Monitoring) of planning permission PL/24/3794/VC for a bridge link at Oakleigh Avenue together with landscaping, level changes, and cycle and pedestrian access.

Reason for notice:
The proposed developments do not accord with the provisions of the Development Plan in force in the area in which the application sites are situated.
I give notice that on 25 July 2025 Hill Residential Limited submitted additional and revised information to the council in support of the above applications for planning permission. A copy of the applications can be viewed on the council's Public Access website at:
