The following planning applications are those affecting the setting of a Listed Building, a Conservation Area, a Public Right of Way, or major applications and are available to view on our website. Views relating to the planning applications listed below should be made by 29 August 2025 quoting the reference number. All views expressed regarding a planning application will be considered and placed on a file, which is open to the public.

BRADFORD-ON-AVON PL/2025/05394 – 85 Bath Road, Vary 19/10454/FUL to allow for design changes PL/2025/05395 – Install heat pump with addition of first floor balcony/internal alterations;

BRIXTON DEVERILL PL/2025/06162 – Drove End, Replacement windows;

MELKSHAM WITHOUT PL/2025/06105 – Land at Bowerhill Lane, Bowerhill, Melksham – Erect up to 50 dwellings/associated works;

STAVERTON PL/2025/06180 – Nestlings Pre School, School Lane, Renew the planning permission for five years for an existing mobile;

TROWBRIDGE

PL/2025/06035 – St James Hall, 9a Union Street, Retention of Temporary alterations to the balcony railings to allow access to a training area. Temporary insertion of beams which supports punch bags into the masonry side wall;

PL/2025/06387 – 1 Hilbury Court, Hilperton Road, Side extension to provide garage & utility room/erect new metal balustrade railings with associated works.
